This is completely unacceptable and frankly disturbing. Food safety and basic hygiene should be the bare minimum, especially for a product meant to celebrate an important event. To make matters worse, when I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they were dismissive and unfriendly. There was no genuine apology, no urgency, and no effort to properly resolve the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the interaction felt cold and inconvenienced. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a positive celebration. I expect much higher standards from a brand like Dairy Queen. I hope management takes food safety and customer service more seriously in the future.

I asked to change the wording on the cake again and again without getting frustrated she helped me. Great customer service!! All the employees are welcoming and the atmosphere is really nice, the place is very clean, and the cake was really tasty . Truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
