No fries, no dip), the person at the window & on speaker sounded like they were annoyed with me, and although this has nothing to do with employees, I hate the new design of the place. Chairs are less comfortable, and everything is just sad gray and weirdly arranged. This place is really hot or miss with service and is either really awesome or not great :/
