  Shift leader actively enjoys making fun of customers while they are still within ear shot.. Someone in a leadership position should leave the high school bullying at the door. Just making those aware who plan on eating here that you might have to deal with someone making fun of you for the way you look. It was 10 at night , I had a long day and I’m sorry I didn’t look the best to the adult manager at Arby’s . This was 9:00 pm on tuesday December 1st.

  Curly fries are awesome. Restaurant smelled of methane gas, the bathrooms almost smelled to the point of being toxic.

  So, I have been a dedicated customer to Arby's since I was 18 and I am 52 now. My wife and I went for lunch yesterday (Sunday) and I saw that they were re-introducing the Philly... The Philly Beef and Swiss used to be my go to, but unfortunately they discontinued it. That really hurt my heart but, that didn't stop me because I was truly a fan of Arby's and their roast beef. Now after trying the new re-invented Philly, I say..... Arby's please bring back the old one (needless to say it failed). Anyways , I had also ordered #2 the 1/2 pound regular meal and the first bite broke my heart. They started slicing the meat thinner which in turn changed the taste and texture of the sandwich. Not happy at all!!!!!!! The Regular is now mushy, I thought that was part of the Phillies changes but no it was not because the Regular was the same. My wife laughed at me and said I was being ridiculous, until I asked and they confirmed slicing the beef thinner because a customer complained...... Well now I'm complaining . YOU GUYS ARE RUINING A PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL SANDWICH!!!!! PLEASE say consistent don't change you don't have to be like all those other guys. I will give you 5 STARS when you start slicing the meat to the original thickness.
