- KDKaden Davis6 days ago1.0This place has really gone downhill, just got, a sundae and a poutine. The woman at the front didn't even acknowledge me, and was quite rude. When I got the food the sundae I ordered was a medium, and it was filled maybe a quarter of the way to the top. The staff didn't even offer to fix it. Overall this place has horrible customer service where everyone was rude and not even friendly. This DQ lost my business, I'll go to other locations where the staff treat me with respect.

The drive-thru wait time was excessive, exceeding 20 minutes despite only two cars being ahead of me. While I commend the employment of young individuals, the service was notably slow, suggesting a need for more effective training, preferably scheduled during less busy periods. My order, a "Mint Crunchin Cookie" Blizzard, was prepared incorrectly. It lacked the advertised Oreo cookies and the ice cream itself tasted unusually bland. Upon returning to the store, the staff did remake the Blizzard, but even with added ingredients, the flavor was still disappointing. Beyond the product issues, the overall atmosphere was concerning. Several employees appeared fatigued and unenthusiastic, and the drive-thru trainer was even observed dozing off. This visit has prompted me to reconsider patronizing this location in the future. I hope management will address these issues to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.
