- RMRosemary McLeodNov 13, 20251.0This is the third time when we have paid for our order that the QR code has been ripped off so we can't scan onto the DQ app. The first time we let it go. The second time we went back and asked for it. We had to ask to speak to the manager before she gave us our QR code. The third time which was tonight. The QR code was ripped off. When we asked about it. The teller tried to tell us DQ was no longer doing the points app. I said no thats not true because the points would no longer be on the app. Then the teller said oh well its the dilly bar that you get when you put in a review that is no longer. I asked for our QR code for our order and she printed it for us. It is the same teller all 3 times. I wonder how many times in a day she ripps off the QR code on the other people she serves.
