  Went in today and ordered stir-fry with noodles. First off no indication that noodles are an extra cost anywhere, and was not mentioned when ordering. Second didn't get asked if eating in or taking out so order was automatically put into takeout container. Third tried eating food there but was to hot so took it home to put in a bowl and use utensils that won't bend. Dumped it into a bowl and the noodles were all stuck together at the bottom of the box, when got it out, the noodles were cold and stuck together and jiggled when moved the bowl. Nothing was mixed in together before putting into the box, everything was just placed on top of the cold noodles. Forth the worker had ear buds in when taking our order, which is very unprofessional.

  I placed an order for Thai Soup via your guys’ website for pick up at the Rochdale location on April 2nd, and was charged $18.66. They called me minutes after and told me they don’t have any soups. First off, why doesn’t a restaurant have what they serve? Secondly, they told me they couldn’t refund my money because they don’t have access to the database it’s not possible. They only have access to third party apps. I call BULLSHIT. How do you not have access to your own website to refund/cancel an order from your own restaurant establishment?!! I called them back and asked them how they suppose I get my money returned to me they said “sorry we can’t do that” while trying to offer me other food when I specifically said I was feeling well and wanted soup so I respectfully declined other food to prevent further upsetting my stomach. I drove all the way over there and asked them again how do I get my money back. They told me they called the manager and the manager said the same thing that they cannot get my money back to me and showed me the receipt they have of receiving my money and order, I asked for cash because it’s clear they TOOK MY MONEY there are ways to get it back to me, he told me it’s against policy to give cash as a return of an order they couldn’t fulfill and that I could try and cancel the order myself which I CANNOT DO it wouldn’t let me. I walked out of the door angrily. I did not get my soup and I did not get my money back. What a waste of my time. I have NEVER been to an establishment that couldn’t return my money in such a situation. What a joke!

  Narinder was thre worker when I stopped by. He had a great attitude and did a great job explaining what was in the types of food on the menu. He also explained whether food was halal certified or gluten free which was important for me. The food we got was spicy and delicious. Im definitely going to come bacj here in the future.

  I walked into no one in the building, sat there for 5 minutes still nothing so I coughed thinking maybe someone would hear that and come out but nope. Another 5 minutes so by and so I say “ Helloooo” and some East Indian kid with medium/long ish hair comes out and just looked at me? I was super confused so I ordered 2 pad Thai’s to go and he still didn’t say one word to me so I paid and I did not tip. He then takes 20 minutes to make 2 small meals and then hands it to me with no cutlery and STILL HAS NOT SAID ONE WORD TO ME????? I don’t know but that was the weirdest/unprofessional experience ive ever encountered at a take out place. Tbh that guy alone made me decide I will never ever return. Do you guys not train your employees basic customer service? That was so weird
