  I’ve had Taco Bell in different cities and even other countries, and this was by far the worst experience. I’m not sure if it’s budget cuts, inflation, or just this specific location in Regina but the quality was very disappointing. Barely had any beef in them, especially considering the price. It felt like I paid too much for very little. I can't believe how flat the beef stacker is, crunchwrap and burrito supreme are skimpy. Definitely not recommended.

  Writing We had a very negative experience at this Taco Bell. The staff showed noticeable attitude issues and didn’t make any effort to assist or suggest items. The way they spoke was not welcoming at all. In a service industry, basic courtesy really matters, and this was lacking. On top of that, one of the wraps was served in paper that was greasy. Overall, quite disappointing.

  The staff at Taco Bell were honestly amazing, super friendly, patient, and quick even during a busy rush. You can tell they actually care about the customers, which made the whole experience way better. Great service like that definitely keeps me coming back!

  Don"t eat here. Absoultely terrible customer service. I went to oick up an order for a customer through door dash. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru and then they told me I have to wait an additional 5 minutes and drive back through to get the order. I asked if they coukd bring it out to me and they said no! What the heck? That makes no sense. When I picked up the order the lady that gave me the order was the manager. As I grabbed the order she gave me a cold stare and was very rude. No smile. No sorry for the wait. I told her what happened and still no apology. I asked for her name so I could complain and she said I am not giving you my name. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

  This location has such slow service, especially on taco Tuesday. The drive thru was lined up to the street curb. The woman working the drive thru was allowing people in one at a time, not taking the next order until the order ahead was completely finished. This ended up making the wait time nearly 20 mins! Come on Taco Bell, it’s 2026. Let’s do better.
