    We visited around 10:20 PM today and had a disappointing experience. A staff member named Visvaw displayed a very poor attitude during our visit. It was uncomfortable to see visible expressions and behavior that felt unwelcoming, especially toward people who seemed to be from a different background. Additionally, we noticed a delivery driver being treated disrespectfully in front of us, which was concerning. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their role or background.

    I had an uncomfortable experience at this location. My son, who has ADHD and autism, can sometimes act impulsively and doesn’t always understand situations the same way others kids do. While we were at the counter, he picked up a subway card just to show me. The staff member in front of me didn’t say anything, but another employee near customer service loudly asked if I was going to reload the card. It felt very judgmental and put me in an embarrassing position, so I felt pressured to say yes. If she had given me a moment, I would have calmly explained to my son and had him put it back. He wasn’t trying to take anything. A little patience and understanding can go a long way. Please try not to judge situations too quickly.

    Ordered on the app for double meat and got a regular serving and than my drink was basically water and the lady who was there at the time was honestly rude. Paid a whole 4 bucks just to get bare minimum..
