After looking over the menu, I waited to place my order while the staff member behind the counter continued chatting with her co-worker. When she finally began taking my order, she walked away to help the customer behind me, leaving my order unfinished. Another employee stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and apologized on her behalf, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a lack of courtesy or an arrogant attitude at this branch. The staff could be more respectful and show more kindness. Experiences like this really affect the overall customer experience.

I stopped by during rush hour, and there was only one staff member working behind the counter, trying to manage a long line of customers alone. The service was understandably very slow, where I waited around 30 minutes just to get a simple sandwich. This really seemed like a management issue rather than the employee’s fault. The staff member was doing his best, but it was clear he needed more help. It’s unfair to both customers and employees when staffing isn’t properly planned. On the positive side, the food itself was fine, the bread was fresh, and the chicken tasted good, but the long wait and disorganization made the experience frustrating overall.

After ordering, I wasn’t informed when my order arrived and had to ask myself. Staff refused to help with simple requests, seemed afraid of the manager, and made no effort to resolve an issue caused by store equipment. Very poor service and training.
