  Hours that are posted ARE NOT THE HOURS OF OPERATION, says 24 hrs but it IS NOT. Doors close at 12:00 and you have to go to the window. I get that part with the area it’s located in and all: however, When you go to the window the worker will say that they do not accept orders after 12:00 unless it’s an online order. But I’m here. I’m tired. I want a sandwich? What a horrible business practice that your hours posted are not hours that you can purchase food. I don’t know how to order online and I’m here now? Why can’t I buy your food? Why are only online orders considered?? Completely unreasonable and terrible services provided and falsely advertised.

  Anu was the employee, we waited for more than 30min but weren’t served. The customer service is pathetic. Please look after it. It was a waste of time.

  “I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. I waited for over 30 minutes and was not attended to at all. The staff member named Anu was present but did not acknowledge or serve customers during this time. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a place that is supposed to be quick and efficient. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service.”

  I really don’t enjoy leaving a review like this, but it’s pretty frustrating when a food establishment cuts corners by lowering portions, it’s a very cheap look. In their defence, I’ve been here probably 10 times in the past and the 2 ladies that were here before at lunch were always great. I work down the street and sometimes come here when I need a quick lunch. I asked her for spinach. She put literally 4 tiny leaves of spinach on it and spread them around, I counted… Note to management, train your employees to keep portions consistent rather than to reduce portions. It’s a horrible look and probably the worst thing any restaurant can do for their reputation. Will give it one more try before avoiding this place in the future and supporting a restaurant which actually cares about their customers experience rather than being cheap.

  I just wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I visited at store around 6'o clock, there was a girl and a boy working, and they both had such a great vibe. They seemed really chill and genuinely enjoyed their work, which made a big difference. What stood out the most was their positive energy and how they were smiling the whole time. It made the atmosphere so welcoming, and I honestly enjoyed ordering my food. When workers are happy, it really shows and makes customers feel good too. Thank you for such a great experience!
