  Ordered a couple of pizzas, was supposed to have some special crust topping, I paid extra, didn't get it. When I called to ask them to credit me $2 (what they charged me for that I didn't get, they wanted me to DRIVE back up there for my $2, all I asked for was a $2 credit. I'm not leaving my family at dinner time to spend $7 in gas to get a $2 refund. Just wanted a credit for the amount. The manager offered me half off my next order but I have to call the store and do it over the phone. I just order from Dominos now. At least they fix it right when they make a mistake. As I was ordering Dominos tonight I remembered this, just now. Still annoyed by it. Thought I would share so you don't have to go thru the annoyance.

  I had a great experience at Papa John’s! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was prepared perfectly. A special shoutout to Ritika for the excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was just right. Her positive attitude really made the whole experience even better. Overall, amazing food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
