    Hello Mr Sub, it’s 48 hours ago since I reached out and gave you feedback regarding the promo incident. I am thankful that on your part( corporate) you relayed it to the Albert St South Regina Sk location and promised that someone will contact me regarding the matter. I even gave you my email. 24 hours later, to my dismay, no one still reached out. I guess in the restaurant level, the sincere act of rectifying The matter is of no importance. I wanted to voice out directly in that particular level so as to help them improve and yet here I am, just like 48 hours ago, dismissed again by that particular restaurant. I may just be one of their many customers but I frequent that location since it is the nearest to where I usually am. I still am waiting for the chance. 🥲

    We have been coming here since so long and never get disappointed. This time we got an excellent customer service by an employee named Prince. He set a great example of an ideal customer service. I would definitely keep coming here.

    This place used to be good but my husband and I went Friday picked up 2 Canadian clubs the buns were dry the meat I'm sure was old I had a hair in mine totally disgusting we will never go back 🤢
