  Typical Regina McDonald's. I grew up here and have not lived in Regina for 5 years now. I made a brief visit recently and had to chuckle when they made me pay for the wrong order, then tried to give me that wrong order twice, after already telling me their mistake. I finally got my food but this never happens anywhere else I go, only Regina lol

  I just got takeout on march 14 at night and they night worker lady completely got my order wrong I asked for a poutine and a sprite and customizations on my burger and she got none of them right she gave me a small fries and root beer and none of my customizations. I then asked for a sprite not a root beer and she said I did not ask for that and argued with me. I then noticed she didn’t give me my poutine so I asked for one saying I would pay the difference and she slammed the window! I actually was speechless. So I went through again and she charged me full price for a poutine saying she would do half. I cannot belive the customer service here! She should be let go immediately. As well she took off her name tag and wouldn’t give me her name. I will never be going here again.

  Trial location for MacDonalds to sway away from drink refills. No self drink fill up station. Means you may or may not get drink refills depending who is standing on the counter. Other than that it is a nice store.
