  I didn't like put any review any business because today I visit McDonald Prince wale drive put it review reason the manager her name is inder she never have any experience for dealing customer because see so many argument with me. I am ordering some food. It's a long time waiting there. The food is never giving to me because she's very argument.. She never going to any experience for the dealing. Customer reason is put at review. Please take care the general manager. Can you take care to her. She's never experience for the dealing customers she's talking very rutely to me and disgusting. Never going to dealing for the customer and night time I visit there like 3:00 a.m. night is no have any customer but I don't know why she never make the food. I don't know why experience for and says play the phone in Mobile. She's use the mobile and play the game and like talking someone. She never going to make any food for me. I waiting like 20 to 30 minutes parking lot I back to here but she never make my food. 😕😕☹️☹️

  I swear this location has cut back and cheaping out on their condiments on the burgers. Barely any ketchup, hardly any onions, and 1 drop of mustard on 1/4lber. All their burgers/sandwiches are like that....but only this location.

  I got a big mac and there was only half of it. The only mod I asked was no pickles not "remove half the burger". This is some of the laziest garbage I have ever seen. There's also 2 other McDonald's close by (Chuka and beside the landmark) or one further up vic on vic and park. Go to any of those. Only a couple minutes drive away. Maybe they wont do something like this when there's an empty drive through and only 1 order to make. Youd think with all the people working there they might make 1 thing right. I have worked in a customer focused field before and our whole team would be shown a review like this by the manager to make sure it doesnt happen again. I hope whoever owns this does with their night crew cause this is not the first time they have been this lazy with my orders but paying for a full size burger and only getting half of it is honestly disgusting as a business practice. Get your crew in order and stop ripping people off. Cause I know you wouldnt accidentally add half a burger to whatever I order

  Worst experience ever... I have 20 min break so I order online pickup to save time but when I reach there it took 10 min to prepare my order and the employe behavior was rude too... Even in the food order I wanted extra cheese in my wrap but I just got one...

  This was one of the most disappointing McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The staff did not appear engaged or interested in serving customers. My order was marked as completed in the system very quickly, yet I waited a significant amount of time before actually receiving it. Unfortunately, even a simple order was not prepared properly. The burger was poorly assembled, with very little sauce, lettuce unevenly placed, and the patty not properly aligned or closed within the bun. It felt rushed and careless. For working professionals, especially those on the road late at night, a warm and properly prepared meal means a lot. It’s often one of the few comforts during long hours. I strongly encourage management to review service standards and staff engagement at this location. There are many capable and motivated individuals seeking employment who would value the opportunity to represent the brand with greater care and professionalism.
