  Nice enough updated place,had my issues with the staff, don't overly enjoy dealing with them, it was terrible enough I sent an email to corporate. Food is typical.

  Around 1:40 a.m. on April 5, I bought a Chicken Big Mac meal with a milkshake from the drive-thru at this McDonald’s. It wasn’t until I got home with the food that I realized the box labeled “Chicken Big Mac” actually contained a regular Big Mac made with beef. I had no choice but to throw away the burger and make do with the fries. Alright, I thought I’d give them a call to report this, but the line was dead—no service. Fine, I’ll just file a complaint on their website. Guess what? This McDonald’s didn’t even give me a receipt. Without a transaction number, I can’t even file an online complaint now. I’m exhausted and really don’t want to drive 40 minutes to the restaurant to complain, but I’m so angry I can’t even sleep—it feels like I’ve been messed with three times in a row. All I can do is write this review that no one will read, like a bitter old woman. I’m really so angry.

  Spend 40 bucks, get home, half the meals missing. Always a treat. PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG.

  I always tell people that this McDonald’s is the worst in the city. The staff stand around and chit chat, give attitude, and refuse to even say hi (unless they’re busy in which case I understand but this is hardly the case). We have sat in the empty drive thru a few times and been ignored while they were having full on conversations with their headsets on. A few occasions our food was fully soaked in grease. I’m not exaggerating when I say their ice cream machine + milkshakes are literally never available either. Last night my boyfriend and I stopped by and got a small root beer but he changed his mind and asked if he could get a medium as soon as we got the window (before we paid too). The guy went “we already made it”. Bruh. I work in customer service so I can empathize with many things but we’re talking about holding a cup under a drink dispenser here. I will say there is a sweet Filipina woman who works there and she is always so friendly and kind so props to her!!

  Ordered 2 iced coffees, half sweet, cream on the side. You'd think this is a straight forward order, but evidently, it was too tricky. First they didn't have change for a $20 bill. A TWENTY. They didn't have $15 cash. They made us (and everyone else) wait while they found change. We get to the 2nd window and they hand us to regular iced coffees. The girl couldn't understand "cream on the side" and kept repeating "cream inside?". Then she couldn't fathom us actually wanting the drinks we ordered and didn't want to remake them. They made us pull to the side for COFFEES! On top of that, we got to our destination, added the creams and took a sip.. they didn't add the sugar. I can't fathom having staff lacking is such basic comprehension, coffee is too diffulicult to make.
