  Staff at this Macd is not good. They behave like we are asking for free food. Advice to manager please ask staff to stay polite and have some customer dealing skills or must change staff.

  Very disappointed with my experience at the drive-through. The burger I received had patties that were double-fried, making them overly hard and not fresh at all. This really affected the taste and quality of the meal. I expect better standards and freshness from this place.

  I came from saskatoon. They charged my card but something happened to their system and they could not confirm if the money went through or not. I showed it from my bank account that it was charged. But they said they cannot confirm it in their system so they will not give me the food. So they charged me again, for the food and told me to come back next time. They want me to come back for a $5 junior chicken meal from saskatoon. The supervisor acted rude and made it sound like it was my fault that their system is down.
