  This is probably the worst drive through I’ve been. Almost every time I go here they always somehow manage to get the order wrong. I constantly have to repeat my order at least 3 times for them to get it right. Even after 5 times of repeating my order, they still somehow again manage to get it wrong. After telling them that the order was wrong they don’t know how to make it up, and so we would have to tell them how to make it up — make the order right… Please hire people who know somewhat decent English and who show proper communication skills. Now I get why there is a sign of verbal abuse on their drive through…

  I bought a order from mobile app i don’t get the fries fresh and i call in the store and they are arguing with me and telling that they give me fresh one only and the employee is not polite at all and she hung up on me

  Sohil and his team were absolutely amazing, they listen to what I wanted and the food was fast and fresh excellent service.

  Ordered online and set a time of pick up. Only have limited break time. Need to wait for 15min then when i got back to work my order not even complete. Need to drive back and get all my orders. No time eat. All my time wasted on waiting. Need to wait again for the order they miss because they are preparing it.

  This was the rudest Fast Food location I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in to when I left, I felt completely invisible. One employee at the front just kept staring at a tablet while customers were coming in. When I received my food, I said “thank you,” but was completely ignored. I honestly wonder if the owner is aware that the staff treat customers this way. If they don’t want to be there, it might be better for them to work somewhere else. Very disappointing experience.
