Regina is home of our beloved Saskatchewan Roughriders and many tourist attractions. All destinations are within a short distance of Original Joe’s on South Albert Street! After taking in a football game, shopping at the Golden Mile Mall or just enjoying the Queen City, a comforting OJ’s meal can satisfy all your cravings. My experience, however, was simply an ordinary one—just a simple burger with above average quality. My expectations were much higher. I liked the atmosphere. I might have planned to visit again, but when the server pulled the plate away from the table in front of me while I was still eating, it completely changed my mind. I was extremely surprised, and I recommend that management pay more attention to staff training. A professional staff member should not treat customers differently. It shouldn’t matter what I ordered. I came there to have an enjoyable time, not just to eat and leave. Overall, if I want to rate the restaurant, I would give the food 3 out of 5, the customer service 1.5 out of 5 , and the atmosphere 4 out of 5.
