We arrived and walked to the hostess stand at 6:36, only for the hostess to tell us we should have responded to the text message because they gave our table away, and that we had to wait around 15 minutes for a new table to open up. Then when we showed the picture posted below, she said that was “weird” - taking no accountability, and still putting the blame on us for not responding to the text. Granted, it said to reply to cancel, not confirm. When we showed her the text she just shrugged, she said she can’t do anything about it, then helped the next customers in line. Wild. Overall we went out wanting to have a great night, this being the talk of the night however, and not celebrating something special, really left a foul note for our much anticipated supper plans.
