But what tipped the iceberg was my mcdouble had no ketchup, the coke had no syrup and tasted like the base water. Overall bad start. I went back in to the restaurant to change the drinks. This is where the service was the absolute worse. The lady took the drinks and turned to her coworkers and asked if any of them changed the drinks machine. Everyone said no. After I got my new drinks I took a sip and it was still as horrible as the first drinks. Tasted like flat coke. It seems like the staff is undertrained or not willing to finish a task. They made the meals, yes, but the job was poorly done. Beyond disappointing when other McDonalds don’t have this problem as often as this one. I wish I could give this a lower rating but one star will have to do.
