  I think they should stop selling coffee! Every time I order double double coffee there’s no sugar in my coffee and that has happened a couple of times! Every time they spoil my mood with their coffee!! Never coming again to this restaurant!!

  The manager on duty this morning is the most rude person I've ever encountered dealing with McDonalds Stores. He hung up on my call and didn't pick the subsequent 3 calls I made after he hung up. He never knows how to resolve a dispute, he prefers to shut down complains instead of resolving it. He lacks the patient to hear a customer out, he only wants to prove himself right. An item was missed in my order at the drive thru and he didn't apologize for it or try to give it back, he simply shuts down my complain. This is the 3rd of such encounter with this same guy. McDonalds management you can do better, pls give the public sensible managers to resolve issues. Thanks.

  Usual McDonald food, but what amazed me was the service and atmosphere. Relatively clean, especially in comparison to some other McDonalds in the city. But what made the experience EXCEPTIONAL - my child began crying because they bumped their head and NEHA (one of the workers) came out with a soft ice cream for them and asked them to give her a smile. Such a kind gesture! Also she saw that we had another little one with us and came out with another ice cream for her! And my little one’s older sibling too! Such an amazing gesture and solved my headache right away. Thanks Neha!

  went there today and ordered a quarter pounder meal and the manager who I believe her name was komal, was super disrespectful, got my order wrong multiple times and tried overcharging me for something I didn't even want, and when I tried explaining it to her, she shrugged and basically told me off. Big words for someone who flips burgers, and how she even has a job says alot about this location. Must be super desperate if they are keeping her around 🤷‍♂️ 1/10 could probably order from a broken cement wall and get better service. Also dosent wear a hair net when making food and it's pretty gross just watching even. Won't be going back.

  I came back in to speak with the manager after receiving a black long hair in my fries. The manager had an awful attitude and continually spoke in another language with her coworker while I was expressing my concerns. The manager also walked away as I was speaking and refused to re make my food. I am quite disgusted with this behaviour and think the hair may have been hers seeming as her hair was not in a food safe condition.
