No apology, no effort to fix it properly, just handed the bag back like it was an inconvenience. The tall guy was very rude and asked me personal questions. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean either — tables were dirty, garbage bins were overflowing, and no one seemed to care. For a place that’s supposed to be fast and consistent, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
