  This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. First, their self serve machines have been down for MONTHS, which tells me the owner doesn't give a care about their business. Second, we spent $75 feeding our family, packed everything up, and drove 40 minutes out of the city to get home. When we finally sat down to eat, we discovered that the Extra crispy chicken was raw inside. Not undercooked… RAW. The large fries we upgraded to were only filled HALF OF THE WAY After spending that much money and making the drive, it’s incredibly frustrating to end up with food that’s completely inedible and unsafe. There’s also no quick fix when you’re already 40 minutes away. For a major chain like KFC, serving raw chicken is unacceptable. At the very least, food safety should be the bare minimum standard. Unfortunately this meant our entire family dinner was ruined, and after this experience we wont be going back & I want my money back. Third, I tried calling the restaurant SEVERAL times to file a complaint and they wont answer their phone! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

  Would not honor an online coupon, had to use their pathetic excuse of an app to order. Took the guy 5 mins to even address us. This is why KFC has gone down hill, not even cheap anymore. Better off going to popeyes, as always.

  They wouldn't let any of my friends use the bathroom, and when asked why we can't they said no reason to it told us to leave, worst experience ever, kids are the reason kfc is still in business in regina without us there's no business

  Out of the 3 KFC's that I have been to in Regina, I like this one over the others. The Chicken isn't greasy like the one by my daughter's place. They ask you if you want regular or crispy chicken, they also try to up sell in which it shows the care about their customers and their job. During Christmas time I used the KFC app for this location and it was great and had it ready in 5 minutes after I got there and they where very busy. I had also used the app at Christmas time to order 2 of those cranberry drops for your drink and they where out the manager gave me a raincheck on them and when they got more in she called me to let me know to come on in to get them.
