  Well Im gonna start off by saying not all kfc are like this first of all I order from kfc on the regular so when the restaurant makes a mistake it is on them to fix it this restaurant refused to fix my order basically just told me sorry and did not want to reimburse me for there mistake I will never be ordering or visiting this location ever again they put the wrong sauce on my sandwiches and refused to give me what I actually ordered

  Went through the drive thru, they got my order wrong. I drove home and discovered it was incorrect. Called and was told they'd "make me a new order" Drove all the way back to be given half my order, no sorry, no thank you, no compensation for having to drive all the way back. Thanks KFC, what a waste of time. The food was not at all worth $24 for 2 sandwiches with no drinks or sides.

  Went there inside ordered food and left they forgot the gravy so I phoned and told them and they said. Could come back. With the price of fuel it was not worth it. I said how about a free meal the next time and they said no I will never go to this location again.

  Ordered two box meals and a combo. Was given 3 very small cups. When I asked about the size I was told this is what it is. I asked if they had downsized the cups with the combo and was told this was what was available for now. Staff member was very evasive and didn't want to give me a straight answer. The cups look to be leftover from Christmas season. I won't be coming back to this location.

  We tried the “Matty poutine melt” . Ordered it from the drive thru. Missing the creamy cheese that was supposedly part of it, the cheese curds were not melted, barely any gravy, and oh,,six dried up and barely edible chicken popcorn nuggets. Waited for ten minutes for something that we were not able to eat. Used to be decent food but now the chicken and fries have that really old oil taste ( seriously, change your cooking oil more than once a week! So sad.
