Like I’m going to scam them out of a 4$ gravy after I spent almost 100$ on my delivery. This is all while I listened to them chattering and laughing in their language in the background. Their solution? Oh I could get it ANOTHER TIME, or come and pick it up. I’m so disappointed.

The store clearly advertises being open 24 hours, yet we were refused entry for dine-in. The staff member, Savan, was extremely rude from the start. When I pointed out the 24-hour sign, Savan dismissively told me to go check the billboard on the corner for dine-in restrictions. I went outside, checked, and even took a picture of the billboard—there was absolutely no mention of a time limit for dine-in or drive-thru. When I showed him this, he immediately changed his excuse to 'security/safety reasons.' After placing my order, I asked him to clarify the official dine-in closing time. He claimed it was 11:00 PM. I reminded him that we arrived before 11:00 PM (at 22:30), and he simply brushed it off saying 'it’s okay' with zero accountability. If you have specific hours, post them. Do not send customers on a wild goose chase to read signs that don't exist. Terrible customer service.
