From closing the lobby early to inattentive staff, this place isn't good anymore. You wait in line, alone, for up to fifteen till the staff notice you. They seem put out if you say something to get their attention and pout about it. The food always has a wait which makes me wonder what everyone's doing in the backroom if they're not cooking. The foods not bad if you order anything but regular chicken. Their buckets are disgusting and oily. Fried chicken is supposed to be crisp. This place used to be fire. Now standards have slipped so far that I won't likely go back. With fritos, Popeyes, Mary brown, tendies, and beaks? There's plenty of other places that do it better. Go there.

This has to be the worst KFC in Regina and someone should wash the floor I slipped and hurt myself as I may have to hire a lawyer for negligents for pain and suffering, also no acting manager on duty a staff member said "Im busy"!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and my order is always served hot and fresh. Overall, it has always been a pleasant and enjoyable visit that made me always want to return.

It was 7:30pm btw. Ordered online, waited 10 mins until I got a message saying it was ready for pickup. Went in, and had to wait an extra 15 mins until I finally got my order even though it was apparently “ready for pickup”. No apology, no nothing.
