"That's not mine" was then said again "oh what's the name fore the order?" Gives name a second time. Then is asked "sorry what?" Cus she hasn't even fully opened the window this whole time. We then have to very loudly yell the name again as she continues to talk over us while we try to give a name for the 4th time. So you guys just don't check who's order is who's and just give people random items? Nice.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've ordered it from this location, and I've been disappointed on both occasions. There's something very different about how it's made here. I believe there is either way too much chocolate, or the chocolate chunks are too large, which completely overpowers the cheesecake and strawberry flavors. It was honestly not enjoyable. If you're looking for this specific Blizzard, I highly recommend making the trip to the North Albert location instead.
