  Came for a blizzard ordered my usual top was perfect, by the time I got to the middle I was eating vanilla ice cream not a single spot of any toppings and mixing bowl mashup is what I had. This has to be one of the worst I have gotten and I asked / showed the lady that brought it to me she said it is a new mixer and walked away. 9:30 almost all tables were closed with chairs on top, not welcoming at all.

  Evil store, i asked for no lettuce and they gave me dirty lettuce. What a suprise. The service wasnt even that good, watched as my order sat on the counter being treated as if it had the plague for about 10 minutes, until someone finally had the nerves to hand it to me. Not a very shebby experience

  Lots of teenagers in here misbehaving themselves in the dining room. I get it they're young, but management needs to set boundaries on behavior when in the store. It's really gross hearing people belch at the top of their lungs while you try to eat. Once is fine, but seriously it becomes a song after awhile of belching. I had a teenage girl get in front of the debit machine to place her order as I went to pay. I was rushed along by the staff member. She was ordering fries. I was ordering a meal and considering buying a cake. I changed my mind after. Okay you're done here kind of attitude no thank you or nothing very polite. Another thing is the paper straw served in a plastic cup with a plastic lid. Why can't they make the cup and lid paper and save the environment and give me a plastic straw. It stopped working before I was finished my drink. Or at least give two straws. And two ketchup for my refried fries, are you kinding me. Why you guys refry fries it's gross. Stop it cause we know. Throw them out if you can't sell them in time.
