We try to use one of paper coupon $4.99 regular poutine, The lady’s name Lorrine took away this coupon after we paid, I asked if she has new coupon and she said no, I can only use one time here and she has no other coupon for me. She asked me to read condition of coupon. This item condition on the coupon is limit one coupon per customer, per visit, never mention one time only. But the attitude she did to me is not nice. This is not first time I use this kind of coupons as coupons always affordable and reasonable. Hopefully they know how to nice to explain to the customer.
