Visited at 9 pm which was an hour before the store closed and the bathrooms were blocked from use with wet floor signs and chairs. Staff insisted they were non operational. We left and went to Albert St location to order. Same experience, bathrooms blocked from entry and lights off. Asked to use them and this location was accommodating. We ordered our shakes and continued on our tour. Please pay your employees the extra time after the dine in hours close to clean so you’re paying customers can use the restroom. Leaves a very bad impression especially since it seems to be a trend at the various locations and the harbour landing location had no problem blatantly lying and denying use.

She absolutely went above and beyond on the design. I asked for one of the designs on the Dairy Queen website and she gave it so much more life. And it tasted great! Absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Olga.
- UMUttam MistryNov 1, 20251.0Yesterday we visited DQ and before heading there we checked it was showing open till 10 PM.. we reached at 9:45 but they denied entry and said we are closing door you can come in drive through. We went through drive through and ordered one basket of onion ring and one basket of fries but when we took that order and went home we found that baskets was only 1/4 full only and rest 3/4 boxes was empty.... It was purely cheating they charger for basek and quantity was for mini order size.... Do not recommend this place....

The food is always great, employees are always happy to see you and not to mention you order your food and are out the door within 5-7 minutes every single time.
