    I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location yesterday night. I placed an online order for an 8-inch cake and went through the drive-thru to pick it up at the scheduled time. I ended up waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru line. When I finally reached the window, I was told they did not have the 8-inch cake I ordered. Instead, they offered me a 10-inch cake and therefore pay extra for it. This was extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially after the long wait in the drive-thru. If the cake was unavailable, they should have informed me before I arrived.

    Longest wait ie ever expirenced maybe have more than 2 staff members working the till and drive through seem like management is failing, also never seen people walk and work so slow, just go to wendys it may cost a little more but atleast your not sitting 30 min waiting on a burger

    DQ's Blizzard is truly a lifesaver. The store environment is also very comfortable. The staff are all super nice, patiently recommending items when you order, and they are very skilled at making Blizzards—they flip them over every time. The prices are slightly higher than McDonald's, but the ingredients are solid, worth the price. The most exciting thing is that they often release seasonal limited editions. I still can't forget last year's Valentine's Day Red Velvet Cake Blizzard. I've already recommended it to all my friends; DQ is definitely a top player in the ice cream world.

    Recently, Regina has warmed up a bit and isn't as cold anymore, which has made me crave ice cream. While driving around the northern part of town, I spotted a DQ by the roadside. Compared to the Blizzard, I prefer the original large Vanilla Cone, pure milky flavor, sweet but not overly rich. The ice cream has a creamy texture, and the taste remains consistently delicious after all these years. The shop wasn't crowded in the evening, and it was spotless, no tables left untouched. The staff were super friendly and gave me a coupon. Highly recommended.
