  Marissa was our server and she was excellent. We were quite a needy group and she was constantly at our table giving us refills and making sure we had everything we needed. There were 4 kids at our table and she was incredibly kind and interactive with them. She was very friendly and attentive and we all appreciated her service.

  ESM continues to be a strong "family feed bag" (Simpsons reference and NOT meant to be derogatory!). You get great value for money, good is consistently good, and our server (Anya) was excellent! Only down-note was the weird situation with their TV's. We could see 4 or 5 from our table and each of them displayed the message "scrambled signal" and significantly affected what we could see. Yeah, maybe kinda' nit-picky but it did affect the overall atmosphere, esp for people sitting at the bar.

  My sister and I really enjoyed our dinner at East Side Mario's. We decided to sit at the bar for a new experience and boy was that the best choice! We met our bar tender Lyra and she suggested the best drink called the violet iced tea lemonade. It was sweet and a little tart with the added lemon. Lyra was coaching a lovely new bar tender Jasmine. By the time we were ready to leave Jasime had perfected the violet iced tea lemonade with ease! I thoroughly enjoyed the linguine tetrazini. The button mushrooms and the Alfredo sauce were delicious. The starter garden salad had a dressing that reminded me of salad I had in Italy. All evening we watched a variety of servers coaching new employees and from a manager's perspective I thought they were coached very well. Thank you for a wonderful evening and if we travel through Regina again we will be sure to stop for a beverage and a delicious meal!

  Took the whole crew. The wife, kids, and the in-laws last night and walked out feeling like we’d survived a delightful, slightly unhinged family reunion in a parallel Italy where everything is louder, hairier, and infinitely more carb-loaded. The food? Consistently excellent, as always. We went full savage on the all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar like it was our Olympic event. I may have embarrassed the children with my third bowl of Italian wedding soup, but regret levels remain at zero. Pasta was al dente perfection, sauces were bosses, and the portions are generous enough to make you question your life choices… in the best way. Service was next-level. Our waitress Ariel was quick, quirky, and operating on a frequency that was equal parts charming and “has she seen the Vespa too?” Odd in the most endearing way possible. She didn’t miss a single detail. Refills appeared like magic, extra bread materialized before we even asked, and she handled our chaotic table of multi-generational Asian misfits with the grace of a traffic cop in Rome during rush hour. East Side Mario’s isn’t trying to be fancy. It’s trying to be your loud, loving, slightly chaotic Italian uncle who insists you eat more and maybe has a Vespa stuck to the ceiling for reasons no one fully understands. And honestly? That’s exactly why we keep coming back. It’s weird. It’s wonderful. It’s very Italian. Mangia like your moustache depends on it. Highly recommend. 10/10 would let the in-laws drag me again.

  I just wanted to come here to let everyone know, this is one of my family’s favorite places. It’s not just food, it’s an experience. Have gone many times and have always had proper care throughout the meal, and of course the food is always great. Last night we went out to East Side Mario’s for my daughter’s 4th birthday. She got to pick the place, and of course she went with the family favorite. We got sat very quickly and greeted very quickly, however, the service was a little slow, no refills on bread, drinks or soups/salads. After speaking with the manager on the experience we were not getting, they completely rectified the situation immediately. I was very impressed with the service rendered after we mentioned the experience was not to par. They went above and beyond to fix the problem, and even offered to cover the bill. It was more than generous, and our family really appreciates being able to come back knowing we will have the experience we came for in the future :) Thanks again!
