  I ordered sandwiches and chicken. Both was fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and provided extra service by offering cutlery.

  Got diarrhea and puking all morning after eating here. Never felt so sick before and I think it was the chicken that was served..

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly very angry about the experience I had. The fries I was served were clearly stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. When I pointed this out to the staff, instead of checking the food or offering a replacement, they responded with a rude attitude and refused to acknowledge the problem. Bad food can happen, but the way your staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable. Customer service should never be this dismissive or disrespectful. If a customer raises a concern, the least your team can do is check the issue and try to fix it. You seriously need to train and educate your staff on basic customer service and professionalism. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on your business. I expected much better, and this experience was incredibly frustrating.

  I went to this KFC today and honestly had a really disappointing experience. The fries were clearly stale and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, instead of checking or offering to replace them, they responded with attitude and wouldn’t admit there was an issue. I don’t mind mistakes — every restaurant has busy moments — but the way the staff handled the situation was frustrating. Good customer service means listening to customers and trying to fix the problem, not dismissing it. Hopefully management pays attention to food quality and staff behavior, because this experience definitely didn’t meet the standard I expected.
