  This evening was a long wait for service, the 3 of us order beverages and 2 received their pop but my beverage did not come till the meal came. By then I don’t want it and settled for the water. We ordered an appetizer and it did not come. We needed ketchup but our server didn’t come back so we borrowed from a table that was leaving. We haf ribs and wings and needed napkins or wet naps and did not get them till we were paying for our meal. Tonight’s dine in experience was not good.

  I don't often leave a review and Montana's is usually a pretty decent place but my experience tonight was dreadful. Started the evening by waiting for over 20 mins for a server to ask me if I was ready to order to which I replied could we order some beverages first. I don't mind waiting when a place is busy but this was before the dinner rush and the place was about a third full. Ordered a half water half apple juice for my kiddo and when it came the server said here's your hot water and juice 🙃. That's fine got a redo. My kid ordered a cheese pizza from the kids menu when it came it wasn't even cut into pieces just one slab of I'm certain microwaved cheese less looking pizza. I asked them if they could cut it as my 4 year old could not even handle it and maybe add some more cheese as It looked bare. The Mrs. Ordered a vegetable fajita when it came out the bowl of lettuce had brown rotten lettuce on the top and the vegetable mix had about a cup and a half of green beans in the center. No where on the menu does it say green beans. We asked and they said oh ? We will just re make it. In the next 2 mins the manager came asking if we were sure we didn't want the string beans and one random giant lima bean in our dish they came back with the exact same plate no green beans and a whole onion cut into maybe 5 pieces. In the over 1 hr that I was there I had to get up and go into the kitchen corner to ask for more coffee , utensils, and napkins as if I didn't I would still be waiting there. I won't even bore you with my dish but you guessed it I had to send it back as they didn't even bring me what I ordered the first 2 times around. Bill came and to my surprise an extra charge for the cheese they put on top of the kids pizza. Paid in full, never saw the manager again after he had re brought our dishes the handful of times. If this is where this place is at now it will be a very very long time if ever that I decide to return here. 5 star prices for less than 1 star quality and service. Oh the server did apologize about a dozen times for the quality of the food and service still tipped but common guys. Ridiculous.

  Absolutely amazing experience here! our server Avery was very attentive an extremely kind for our visit an the chef did an exceptional job everything was so flavourful and was done to perfection, I find it hard to convey anymore that this was an outstanding visit keep up the good work you guys! Oh I should also mention the crew did a great job on singing my niece happy birthday!

  Awesome food and service!! Our waiter Paul was so helpful and helped us get substitutions on a meal. Our food came quickly and was delicious! Paul gave great customer service and we never had to ask for water refills because he always made sure ours were full. Amazing restaurant with great people!
