  Not a great experience this time. The counter person had no idea what was on the featured item when asked what it was. He actually looked at the picture on the menu board and guessed what the components were instead of asking a coworker. The hot wings we ordered were old, cold, and dry. I had to ask for the hot sauce. He charged us for 32oz drinks, then tried to give us 20 oz cups. The chicken in my husband's 4 piece meal was missing most of its breading. They were out of ice on the fountain drink machine so we had warm drinks. When asked if they had cold bottles, we were told no. Based on this visit, we won't go back to this location

  Ordering took awhile even though there were 3 people. 2 of these people were waiting. Atmosphere was dirty (dirty tables, dirty floors) and the service wasn't great (immigrant was monotone with no smile. Security (immigrant security) took a handicapped parking spot (right in front of the store). Chicken was not done but we waited 10 to 15 minutes for our food. Will not be back there.

  I’d give them a 0 star review if i could. Empty lot, 15 minute drive thru wait for food. Lettuce was rotten. Charged me for a poutine they didn’t give me. And this isn’t even the first time this has happened. I can almost guarantee you won’t get what you ordered. Avoid this place like the plague. And considering the other KFC is cockroach infested, i wouldn’t be surprised if this one is too.
