  Literally the best McDonald's I've been to in years. Happy staff. Clean environment. Welcoming smiles. This is like what McDonald's was like in the 90s. We've been on the road for days and this feels like a safe, comfortable environment to sit and relax. Absolutely recommend this location.

  Stopped and can’t go though the drive through with a trailer on and they wouldn’t even answer the phone . Ignorant staff standing in the lobby could see me parked and waiting

  I visited this location twice, hoping the first issue was just an isolated incident, but unfortunately the second visit had similar problems. The first time, the service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff behind the counter seemed inattentive, and the interaction while taking orders felt rude and dismissive. The second visit was at the drive thru. The communication was unpleasant, with staff speaking harshly and rushing the order. The wait time was very long, and the food that arrived was cold and incomplete. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, with poor customer service and little attention to orders. It was disappointing and not a place I would be eager to return to.

  Ordered food on a road trip with school never got my food had to leave and I'm not allowed a refund ridiculous. And all the employees were just laughing and goofing around in the back while working so unprofessional

  I asked if the bag had straws in it as we were taking it to go I was assured there was and of course there wasn't. My kids have spilt all over not a happy customer
