  This was a poor customer service experience. I placed an online pickup order worth over $30 and used the drive-thru to collect it. I was asked to pull ahead and wait 4–5 minutes, which I did without any issue. When the staff member came outside and handed me the order while I waited in my vehicle, I politely asked if he could add a few ketchup sachets that I had forgotten to include while ordering. Instead of helping, he told me that ketchup is supposed to be added while placing the order and showed clear reluctance to assist. If I could be asked to wait several minutes, the least that could be done was to accommodate a simple request like providing ketchup. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional, and it reflects poorly on the location.

  My boyfriend and I decided to take a chance and order KFC- something we haven’t done in years. The online ordering wasn’t working, so I canned and placed an order in store. The lady on the phone was kind, punctual, and even recommended I order in a way that I save a few dollars, which was much appreciated. Our delivery driver was timely and the food was hot & delicious. At one point while eating, we stated “this tastes like old school KFC!” A taste we’ve been missing for sure!
