- LLLeahDec 11, 20251.0I ordered on the app for the first time to use a coupon ( could not use in store had to be online) . I did not know that the meat ball subs automatically get parmesan cheese on them and you have to take it off if you dont want it , as everything else on the sub you have to add like you normaly do when you order in store. So I called the store when I got home told them that I realized what happened, that it was my mistake cuz I did not notice ( as it was my first time using app) they said that is fine and I can come back and they will remake it for me . Only for me to get there and be told I have to pay for a new one and they won't take the old one back and remake it( they said on the phone they would) . So not only am I out the gas from driving there the second time I also have a sandwich that I payed $13 for that I am throwing out .

If you try to re order In the store they try to scam you and charge full price as the deal is "app only" and they refuse to give you the deal THEY advertised. 0/10 Foods mediocre at best and not worth the hassle.
