    I want a Herb and Cheese bread for my Sub but unfortunately they ran out and still baking. Italian white was okay.

    Place looked and smelt clean. Staff was friendly. The vegetables were frosted to the side of the pan. None of the tomatoes looked good. The lettuce was brown. The tomatoes placed on my sub didn’t even have centres very very minimum portion of vegetables. One thin line of onions and peppers had to request more.

    I walk in friday afternoon and there was a line up of customers. Im quite disappointed on on the indian guy in the meat section since he was rushing & totally dont care about the quality the subs. But thanks to the 2 other staffs that make up for it. They made my subs with love and put all the veggies and sauces with care and perfectly done. No hate but even if its busy the quality of service and food still be a priority. Thanks to the 2 staff, you rock guys.

    We visited to dine in, but the employee appeared rushed and behaved rudely. They did not listen to our order, did not ask any clarifying questions, and prepared the food without our input. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, and I will not visit again.

    I ordered on the app for the first time to use a coupon ( could not use in store had to be online) . I did not know that the meat ball subs automatically get parmesan cheese on them and you have to take it off if you dont want it , as everything else on the sub you have to add like you normaly do when you order in store. So I called the store when I got home told them that I realized what happened, that it was my mistake cuz I did not notice ( as it was my first time using app) they said that is fine and I can come back and they will remake it for me . Only for me to get there and be told I have to pay for a new one and they won't take the old one back and remake it( they said on the phone they would) . So not only am I out the gas from driving there the second time I also have a sandwich that I payed $13 for that I am throwing out .
