    I went today at around 11:25 pm to order some food at the drive thru. The person taking the orders was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she did not wait a second for me to pull out the code after I said yes I had one. She instead decided to yell what is your code. When I tried to order my food she yelled that I needed to speak up. Now this would not have been an issue if she said it in a normal way but it was rude instead.something else to note is that the order screen needs to be fixed as either she is not listening or the machine is broken. I also get that sometimes employees have bad days so if this were the first time it happened I would have left it. BUT this has occurred with the same person multiple times. The first time this occurred she yelled at me and my friend to speak up when we spoke in a normal way. But it doesn’t end there once we got to the window she decided to lecture and yell at us about how WE need to speak louder when at no other point had my volume been an issue. Please teach your employees that not everything is the customers fault and to treat people BASIC respect and curtesy.

    I called to order a quarter pounder that's it before I even got to order they where being disrespectful I said can you deliver and pay with cash they said I don't know ask door dash I said that's fine I will just order with my card and they hung up on me

    Staff was able to accommodate and our food was fast and fresh, they even took time to chat with us after bringing foods to our table!
