After waiting five minutes for the sandwich to cook was told it would be another 20 minute wait for chicken or I could switch it to tenders or a chicken sandwich. I didn’t want to wait so I switched to the burger. Watched them scoop gravy from a take out chicken bucket from a warmer drawer I’m guessing because they cleaned the gravy pot 2 hours early. About ten minutes later I was called up with my order. Stole a French fry from the bag … disgusting… I asked if I could have fresh fries, the guy said they were. I stared at him, shook my head and left. Got home and realized the downsized my 3pc meal to just a burger and fries instead of matching the other combo. So I paid more for less. Tried to reach out with my complaint as I would want to fix things in my world if an issue. There was no want to fix things. Get home, try to enjoy the sandwich … get to the middle and it’s raw. I’m done. Praying not to get sick. 🤢
