  We ordered poutine and burgers and it took twenty minutes for the food to come out. It was not busy in the store at the time. When we finally got our food the poutine was cold and there was a slab of cheese instead of curds. We went to go and ask to get the poutine warmed up and it took another ten minutes for the employee to help. When she finally came over she was not pleasant towards us and acted as if she was annoyed that we didn’t want to eat cold poutine. She didn’t offer to microwave it until I mentioned I didn’t want to eat cold poutine. When she took it she slammed it into the microwave. There’s no reason that this should have happened and I’m very disappointed.

  So disappointing went for supper and sat in the drive threw for almost a hour and by the time I got to the second window they wanted me to pull ahead even though they didn’t ask any of the people in front of me I told them I’m ok I’m going to wait here as I have waited so long she rolled her eyes at me then slammed the window but turned around grabbed my food and gave it to me in less then a minute opened our food and it was not hot not even warm somewhat room temperature

  The food was good but I ended up waiting for them to make it and ended up getting overcooked patties on my double cheese melt. When I was there the staff sat around laughing and having a blast instead of prepping food and working. I sat there for about 10 minutes watching all this unfold. And than when I wanted to pay the lady at the window had pulled the debit machine away and made me reach further, very rude. And when I asked for ketchup because everytime I go there theres none in the bag she put an overload, I dont know but feels like I was joke to them or something. I was there at the window at 6:30

  This location regularly messes up our order. Check the bags every time. Sit in, drive through, delivery. All of it. Constantly messing up. And what do they do for the inconvenience? Absolutely nothing. Every time. I wish my kids did not like it so much lol
