    The food was good but I ended up waiting for them to make it and ended up getting overcooked patties on my double cheese melt. When I was there the staff sat around laughing and having a blast instead of prepping food and working. I sat there for about 10 minutes watching all this unfold. And than when I wanted to pay the lady at the window had pulled the debit machine away and made me reach further, very rude. And when I asked for ketchup because everytime I go there theres none in the bag she put an overload, I dont know but feels like I was joke to them or something. I was there at the window at 6:30

    This location regularly messes up our order. Check the bags every time. Sit in, drive through, delivery. All of it. Constantly messing up. And what do they do for the inconvenience? Absolutely nothing. Every time. I wish my kids did not like it so much lol

    Last couple of days the food was either over salted, or verry old and kinda cold. Pop also isn't fizzy at all at times.

    I ordered the Grinch meal, it came with only nuggets and no fries or hash bites and no Grinch salt, also cold. Very disappointed.

    Constantly understaffed. Very long wait times in the drive through (I waited over 30 minutes last time), consistently getting orders wrong. The guy at the drive through kept cutting me off mid sentence while I was trying to order because they were short staffed. He screwed up the entire order and rolled His eyes at me when I asked to see my receipt. They also ran out of coke and tried To pretend Coke Zero was regular coke. Never going back there again rude employees at night and never enough staff. Worst location I’ve ever been to.
