It’s a McDonald’s but still — slow service, dirty restaurant, gross bathrooms, missing food items.
The washroom had a toilet stuck flushing continuously, when the staff were told they ignored it. The food was slow even for inside service. Missing food items and had to wait at the counter for someone to come back after multiple workers made eye contact and ignored us just to ask for our drink cups. The whole place was filthy. The soda machine wasn’t dispensing the pop properly.

The SLOWEST “fast food” place ever. Last time I was here I had to leave the drive through cause it was at a stand still for 10-15min and my baby was screaming his little head off, and now I’m standing here writing this while I wait an obscenely long time for a Big Mac and some fries :/

Phoned since front door was locked. They said they couldn't disarm the alarm so they couldn't unlock door to use other door. We went to other door there was a planter blocking that door. Someone else came in and I talked to them. They just got told drive thru only. Why not put that in a note on front door.

First time writing a review, didn't think it'll come to this point.
Just not recommending this branch bc they don't care about your hard-earned money and you won't get service worth that.
We've been here many times in the past, almost half of it are bad shots. Today was the 2nd time we drove by for the week and they started messing up the orders, don't know which goes to which bag - sometimes they'll hand it to you with missing items and you'll find it sooner enough. They had occasions, working with only 2 people in the kitchen, in a busy morning hour, asking for patience bc they're "short-staffed". Get another manager to do the scheduling, you can invest for that. And of course, they'll try to get you over with codes and extra points in the app for compensation - I don't think that works. Maybe go over your people, it'll make a difference.

A customer had spilled a drink, employee brought a mop and bucket to the customer to clean up himself, the employee stood and watched. Waited at the counter for 7 mid before being waited on, and had to get help to order 2 coffee and a Sunday. Not impressed
