- DFdude freezeJul 14, 20251.0Horrible service, slow. waited 30 minutes just to take my order, even with only 4 people in front in the same group. Someone asked where the washroom was and the manager looked up at him, then went back on his phone ignoring him. Won't be coming here again
- RLRose LinJul 11, 20251.0The worst subway experience ever!!! I'm a regular customer who order at least twice a week. Today my partner pick up my order and it's not ready. I requested to cancel the order but phone and the owner said they were making it already so I can't cancel it. So I went to the Subway again myself, they are not even making it at all. I went to the owner and requested to cancel it again. He said the $ is in the head office and nothing he can do. The problem is, it shows ready to pick up on the app which I can't cancled my oeder nor get my $ back.... Very disappointed experience.... Be cautious everyone!!! Still didn't get the refund nor any message from the head office of Subways (Oct 21, 2025)
