All bare handed. Is this something new DQ does? I’ve never seen this done before. Also, this DQ is very very slow. Don’t be in a hurry if going to this place.

People left the restaurant who were also in line waiting to order. Two stars for food because the ice cream was good. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. DQ response team, I know you’re sorry because customer service is important to you. However I will not be giving this particular location another chance.
