  The drive thru is great, but is the workers life a party, is her home the club? Does she party like a rockstar. When I asked her if she could just serve me my food she refused instead she stopped and SERVED

  Order in the app. When reached the store app crashed and order vanished. Asked the manager Jenny but she was so rude and disrespectful like she hates customer. When I inquired what to do in this case she was so rude and said she doesn't know and it was my fault and not McDonald's. Very bad experience.

  Driving back to Edmonton for a visit with the family and my husband found hair in his Big Mac after a couple of bites. Disgusting and there’s a reason they have a lot of 1 star reviews, I called and spoked to the manager. The strand of hair is larger then my hand and just so you know I’m a red head lol so it’s not mine… nasty and even for fast food it should be handled better. This happened with drive through By the way.
