We needed to wash our hands, the young woman let us know the washrooms were closed. Yeah, I don’t think so - she allowed the little boys to wash their hands. However she blocked off both washrooms following the hand cleaning. People ordered food, and then were denied to use the washroom. The customer service was literally a -10. I can’t even believe what just happened..
- DDDanielleSep 7, 20251.0Went here for supper with my family and they had the whole restaurant blocked off by 5pm and they were “cleaning” the bathrooms and we’re not allowed to be used as they were also blocked off but no one was even cleaning them, seen many customers ask to use the bathroom and was told no by employees over and over and for what?? They close also at 10pm keep in mind so no reason for having the whole place blocked off from eating in or using the bathroom. Also Had to ask for napkins, sauces, take out boxes. Very bad experience
