  Ok the food and service from the young lady who was on shift was truly amazing so absolute 5 stars in that regard. That's the best Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki salad that I've ever had at Subway and I've ordered tons of them in my past. However I'm reviewing the establishment, and am only leaving 1 star due to the fact that the now current owner confiscates all the tips from the service staff. That is pure greed and is disgusting. I'd be interested to know corporate's thought on this...

  I ordered 2 foot long subs and it took the lady 10 minutes from start to finish to make them. Prior to starting the sandwiches she organized the bread multiple times while there was a line up of people. Then in the middle of making my sandwiches she would continually leave to do random tasks that did not seem like a priority while you are making my sandwiches and when she came back wasn’t changing her gloves. Overall, super slow experience with bad customer service.

  I had a very bad experience with the staff here. I placed an online order and politely asked the staff member if she could wrap my footlong separately so it would be easier to eat. She rudely declined, saying it couldn’t be done. There’s no such strict process issue — it honestly felt more like arrogance than a genuine limitation. Customer satisfaction should matter, especially for such a simple request. This was my second order from this store in the past week, and once again the attitude was extremely rude. Interestingly, during my previous visit, a male staff member was very welcoming and professional, which shows that good service is possible here. Sadly, experiences like this explain why this location has such poor ratings. I won’t be purchasing from this store again.

  Its very bad experience worst service the service lady didn’t took my order was just sitting on the chair worstt thing i ever seen on subway but i waited for 10 minutes
