October 29th is when me and a buddy went to go get some subs after work. While ordering, the cashier (Padill) was quite rude, and told me to hurry up when telling my buddy I’ll pay this one. There was nobody even waiting and the words literally just left my mouth when he told me, He had an attitude the whole time, and he got the bread wrong from what I said, and I corrected him right after, before he put anything on it, and that seemed to be the biggest deal. Keep in mind I have never wrote a review, this is my first cause I’m not one to complain, but this guy was just something else.

Placed a mobile order while in Preeceville and for some reason it defaulted to Canora. Immediately called them before they had even cut the bread and asked them to cancel in in their system as it went to the wrong store. The person on the phone said it would take a few days for the refund to show up. Only to find out they did not cancel the order instead offered for me to come in during the next 7 days and they would make the order for free. First off it is not for free I paid for it second I live 2 hours away not making that drive. With the surge in online apps I should not have to file a complaint with Mastercard to get an order you did not start refunded.

Our experience at the canora subway was perfect. We had a large order for 5. He had patience with us while we tried figuring out what we wanted. We let another customer through during our order. He made the experience relaxing and not rushed. Greatly appreciated
