No, we do not have a children’s menu at Five Guys, although we'd recommend ordering a Little Burger which only has 1 beef patty, or you can ask for your burger to be cut in half and wrapped separately to share between two children.

In store, please place order at the counter with one of our crew members. They will give you your order number which will be called out when you order is ready. You can watch your meal being made in our open kitchen! If you’re in a rush, you can order online using our website or app and collect your order at your desired time.

Both types of our fries are fresh cut potatoes fried in 100% refined peanut oil. Five Guys Style fries are then dusted in salt, while Cajun fries are dusted in salt and a spicy Cajun seasoning blend. Try both to find your favorite!

Yes, almost everything is prepared by hand by our crew each morning. We don't have any freezers in our stores, to make sure everything is fresh.

By cooking all of our burgers juicy and well done we are able to ensure a consistent product and meet or exceed health code standards for ground beef. We understand that there are varying opinions on what level a burger should be cooked for optimal flavour and our opinion is that our burgers taste best cooked juicy and well done.

Five Guys does not offer any vouchers or discounts. Why? We strive to serve the highest quality product possible, at a reasonable price, everyday! We do not discount the price of our product because we refuse to discount the quality of our product.

Over the past 20 years, peanuts have become part of the Five Guys identity, and it has become a loved feature for our fans. We by no means want to exclude guests from our stores, but at the same time we would not want to disappoint our peanut eating guests. We make sure that we have signage on our doors and in our stores informing customers that we serve peanuts in bulk containers, as we would never want someone to risk their health by coming into our stores.

Yes, our cheese and milkshakes are dairy products and our buns contain both soy and dairy.

Yes, we have 2 vegetarian sandwich options; The Veggie Sandwich (all the fun of the burger but without the meat patty) and a Grilled Cheese (we turn the bun inside out, add a thin layer of mayonnaise and toast perfectly). Our fries are also suitable for vegetarian and even vegan diets, they are cooked in 100% peanut oil and no other products are cooked in the same fryer. Please note, we do not currently offer a vegetarian patty as an alternative to our beef patty. However, in both our vegetarian sandwiches, you may add as many toppings as you desire.
