  Drive thru experience this visit wasn't the best! Took order and got our money quickly but then pulled us ahead to wait essentially passing second window only to wait for 7 minutes in a pickup spot for 2 good n fresh mcgriddles and 2 under cooked soggy hashbrowns. Not exactly what one expects for $20.

  The girl that’s manager in purple hair I believe was very rude and her costumer service was not making me feel comfortable at all.

  Have to stand at the counter for 20 minutes with wotkers avoiding eye contact as they walk by just to get service and there's no other way to pay with cash. The food is average McDonald's food ig so no stars off there.

  So what happened to FAST food? EVERYTIME I go through the drive thru in Yankton, I have to pull ahead. Everytime!!! Even for a simple value meal order. No special requests. And it would be okay if it was for a couple of minutes. But most times I have to sit there in my car up to 10+ minutes. So today I went inside. Simple meal order. Pancakes and bacon. I waited, again 5-10 minutes. Yeah, still quick compared to traditional restaurants. But in years past, food would be ready before I sat down. Processes have clearly changed. I miss the old days of fast food. And lastly...the staff behind the counter...unbelievably annoying. Loud. Yelling. Singing. Goofing around. Doing their job, I guess. But just...annoying is the only way to describe it. Having fun which is good, but not remembering there are customers sitting in the store. Need to balance fun and professionalism. Maybe goofing off is the reason for the slower service?
