If you order subway through your app don't get a drink because you will probably just get an empty cup and still be charged for it. I really dont understand how this could even happen. I called the store and they said it was doordashes fault for not opening my food bag and filling my cup but I feel like this is a really terrible way to do business. I guess ill have to just get my subs from jimmy johns from here on out. Atleast I get my entire meal when I order delivery through them

- JSJulie SteinmeyerSep 20, 20251.0I ordered online and my food took 15 minutes longer than it said on the app. Upon my arrival, the building was fairly full with customers, and a man (gray beard and glasses) behind the counter was yelling at pick up order customers to not stand by the pick up area. He yelled at me when I checked to see if my order was on the shelf. He said that they had been busy since 11am and still were busy, and couldn’t I see that. He very sternly and in a loud voice to wait my turn. He is extremely rude and many customers in the store were discussing his behavior. I highly encourage that he receives some customer service training. Not sure I will ever return to this location. Jimmy John’s up the street will be now be my go to.
