  I’ve honestly never had a worse drive thru experience anywhere. I did a mobile order and we pulled up to the speaker we waited and no one took our order or acknowledged us for several minutes. We finally said hello and we were ignored the first time and the second time we said hello the person on the speakers rudely yelled what?! And said are you going to order or something to that extent. Then when we asked about a menu item he was super rude and acted like we were the biggest inconvenience in the whole world. I’ve experienced rudeness in the drive-thru before but never to this level. We decided we weren’t going to give our business to this location because of this and when we drove around what appeared to be a manger was the one in the window. Completely unacceptable and disappointing.

  Drive up window. The worker was curt, sharp, and pushy. Was not busy. No one behind us. Made a big deal repeating numerous times Arby Sauce or Hickory BBQ!!! Horsey Sauce??? The order was messed up. There were no packets of sauce whatsoever! I have always been to Arby's elsewhere and the service was impeccable. Not here not this day. Sadly I will not return. I'll go if I am in Sioux Falls!!

  I have been to this arbys several times and food has been not so good. Small portions and not receiving what I ordered. Haven't been there since 2024. I went today and it was great! Food was fresh and sandwiches were as advertised. Exactly what I paid for. I spoke with the manager and he knew my order even though it was an hour later. Great guy and he should be recognized as well as his team! I will come back as long as he is there. Thanks
