Overall just a bad experience, really small portions for the price (even though I've been to other locations and I know that those aren't correct) really hard to talk to the staff because of the language barrier unfortunately. The food itself tasted old, cold, and like it was smothered in so much seasoning I could only feel grit in my mouth.

The food here is good, but I can no longer support this location.
On three separate occasions, I’ve experienced clear discrimination in how portions were served. People ahead of me in line, who appeared to be friends with the staff, consistently received extra-large servings of protein. When it was my turn, I was given noticeably less. I’ve eaten at other QDOBA locations, so I know this isn’t standard.
What made it worse was the reaction. When I asked about the difference, the staff responded with a cold, dismissive comment. I even emailed the management, hoping for a response. They never replied.
I’m a brown man. I understood what was said. I saw how I was treated differently. Just because I’m not someone they know doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated as less. I gave this location multiple chances to be fair. It failed every time.
I’ve stopped eating here. This experience left me disappointed and disrespected. I hope QDOBA takes a hard look at what’s happening in this location and makes real changes. Every customer should be treated equally, no matter who they are.
