The food itself tasted old, cold, and like it was smothered in so much seasoning I could only feel grit in my mouth.

People ahead of me in line, who appeared to be friends with the staff, consistently received extra-large servings of protein. When it was my turn, I was given noticeably less. I’ve eaten at other QDOBA locations, so I know this isn’t standard. What made it worse was the reaction. When I asked about the difference, the staff responded with a cold, dismissive comment. I even emailed the management, hoping for a response. They never replied. I’m a brown man. I understood what was said. I saw how I was treated differently. Just because I’m not someone they know doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated as less. I gave this location multiple chances to be fair. It failed every time. I’ve stopped eating here. This experience left me disappointed and disrespected. I hope QDOBA takes a hard look at what’s happening in this location and makes real changes. Every customer should be treated equally, no matter who they are.
